“What in the world does this mean?”
Miles exclaimed aloud.
It’s this letter that plunges Miles Trent, a professor of History, into the adventure of his lifetime. Suddenly, made aware of unknown siblings, Miles must find them and protect them from their father, Marcus Brent, an unscrupulous up-and-coming political figure who doesn’t even know they exist. What Miles doesn’t realize is that Marcus isn’t the one he needs to be afraid of. It is his fixer, Ms. Deavers, who will do what it takes to make sure the ‘heirs’ are never discovered and her own secrets never uncovered.
Can Miles find everyone in time to keep them safe, or will he end up disappearing like all the other problems Marcus Brent has had?
